What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive revenue growth and manage operating budgets to achieve sales objectives and ensure compliance with company standards
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to create roadmaps for profitable business growth and effective execution of sales plans
- Develop and coach the hospitality team to maintain a talented organization focused on aggressive growth
- Foster strong customer relationships and develop a culture of customer focus to uncover new business opportunities
- Collaborate with various internal and external partners to align strategies and achieve business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or Merchandising
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to lead organizations to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Strong conceptualization and communication skills, with a capacity to manage complex projects
