      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage the inside sales team, providing coaching and performance oversight
      - Develop and execute the full sales process, from lead generation to closing sales
      - Collaborate with marketing to qualify leads and educate buyers on financing options
      - Oversee client onboarding and ensure ongoing account satisfaction
      - Maintain CRM accuracy and provide performance reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience, including direct management of inside sales representatives
      - Proven success in capital equipment or medical device sales
      - Strong understanding of financing solutions and consultative sales processes
      - Excellent communication, coaching, and team development skills
      - Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing an outside sales team or 1099 contractor sales representatives
      - Strategic thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills
      - Based in or near Dallas, TX, or relevant industry experience for remote candidates
