      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the Inside Sales Organization (ISO) and oversee a sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets

      - Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience managing a sales team and business relationships
      - Strong understanding of basic selling principles in a B2B environment
      - Proven track record of developing and managing a successful sales team focused on customer relationships
      - Exceptional coaching, development, and motivational skills
