• Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in a Business Administration, Engineering (any), Finance, Economics, or a related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in an Investment Banking Associate or related occupation.
• Alternate Education & Experience Requirement
• The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a Business Administration, Engineering (any), Finance, Economics, or a related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in an Investment Banking Associate or related occupation.
• Position requires experience with the following:
• Mergers and Acquisitions
• Debt and equity offerings
• Public and private capital markets
• Financial Modeling
• S&P Capital IQ
• Bloomberg
• FactSet
• Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• analyzing financial statements
• Experience may be gained through graduate-level coursework, research, or teaching experience.
