- Develop and manage a marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and use this information to inform marketing and broader product portfolio strategies.
- Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel (i.e. OEM/channel partner, end-market/end-user) marketing & sales campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, events, and traditional marketing channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business objectives.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to support marketing initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (7-10 years) in a senior marketing, product management or sales role, with a successful track record of developing and implementing strategic marketing plans in the Industrial Controls & Automation field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Thorough understanding of current marketing trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.

Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
· Estimated annual base pay: $167,000 (minimum) - $209,000 (midpoint)
· Long-term incentive compensation in the form of equity
· All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity
