What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement a technology and innovation strategy for patient recruitment and study delivery
- Lead implementation projects of complex enterprise systems and manage integration of technology platforms
- Attract, develop, and mentor a team of technology professionals while fostering a high-performance culture
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines through collaboration with partners and subject matter experts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
- 10+ years of experience in an IT leadership role with management responsibility
- Experience with health information systems (EHRs, EMRs) and/or clinical research systems (CTMS, Source, Regulatory)
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and data/software development life cycle management

- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) proficiency
- Experience with modern data and technology solutions such as Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and execute against goals with an executive mindset
