  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and expand executive relationships with national consulting firms to enhance Vida’s market presence
  - Design and execute scalable consultant engagement strategies across multiple channels
  - Collaborate with sales leadership to support priority pursuits and accelerate opportunities
  - Deliver actionable insights to leadership based on consultant and market feedback
  - Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership in shaping Vida’s consultant channel strategy
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum 8–10 years of experience with major consulting firms or employer-focused healthcare organizations
  - Deep understanding of the healthcare and benefits landscape, particularly in the employer market
  - Outstanding executive presence and communication skills for influencing stakeholders
  - Proven ability to build and scale strategic relationships with national benefits consulting firms
  - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for translating complex concepts to non-clinical stakeholders
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Advanced clinical training (e.g., RN, NP, MD, PhD) or substantial experience in a medically oriented leadership role
  - Proven track record of influencing clinical program adoption and employer decision-making
