      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the customer service and operations department, ensuring high-quality service delivery
      - Develop and implement internal policies and workflows related to program processing and servicing
      - Analyze existing operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
      - Manage data management and reporting requirements associated with business financing and education programs
      - Collaborate with a team of professionals to enhance the overall effectiveness of operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four (4) year degree required, preferably in finance or administration
      - Minimum of ten (10) years of related industry/business experience
      - Knowledge of state and federal consumer and commercial lending regulations
      - Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with strong strategic thinking capabilities
      - Proven time management, project management, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supervising and/or training larger customer service and/or operations teams
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
      - Ability to build strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, clients, vendors, and staff
