      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers, developing and executing account strategies
      - Design and implement onboarding and development programs to enhance team skills and performance
      - Collaborate with customers to identify strategic opportunities and drive product adoption
      - Develop account-level reporting for leadership to provide insights into business health and forecasts
      - Advocate for customer needs and trends internally, ensuring customer feedback informs product enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of customer success or account management experience, preferably in a high-growth start-up
      - At least 3 years of experience in leading and managing a team
      - Proven track record of driving customer success, retention, and revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment
      - Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in building high-performing teams
      - Proficient in leveraging CRM and customer success software to drive strategy and decision-making
