      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of Customer Success Managers and Specialists to enhance customer post-sales experiences, including onboarding and advocacy
      - Develop account coverage strategies and staffing plans in alignment with sales growth
      - Foster cross-functional collaboration to address customer feedback and enhance product quality
      - Set targets for Customer Success teams and manage financial forecasts for renewals and churn
      - Create customer health score and success plan playbooks for team utilization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required
      - 10+ years of experience in customer success or a blend of sales and customer success roles
      - Management experience leading teams and complex solutions
      - Strong understanding of business challenges in the Retail sector
      - Must be based in the US and able to work a hybrid schedule with 25% travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
      - Experience in Healthcare and/or Government sectors
      - Familiarity with both hardware and software solutions
      - Strong financial acumen and commercial skills
      - Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships and mentor teams
