What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive overall cybersecurity compliance across the Digital organization and associated platforms
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to assess and enhance cybersecurity measures
- Lead the implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools for the Digital organization
- Define and manage the global Data Protection and Data Loss Prevention program
- Engage with cross-functional teams to implement effective data security solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one Information Security certification such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, or CISA
- Commercial experience in hands-on, functional Information Security roles
- Hands-on experience with data security and/or Audit/Risk management
- Proven experience in leading data privacy programs for multinational corporations
- Experience advising senior leadership on privacy laws and regulations, such as GDPR
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Security program development or operations experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale programs and cross-business initiatives
- Experience in managing compliance and mitigating risks
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management and threat detection
- Background in engaging with vendor assessments and security technologies research
