      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the operations of digital banking services, including the contact center and digital sales team
      - Provide leadership, coaching, and support to team members to enhance member interactions
      - Design and implement strategies to improve the digital member experience using data-driven insights
      - Monitor and optimize performance to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
      - Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance improvement initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Five to eight years of similar or related experience
      - High school degree or equivalent
      - Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, ITM operations, and CRM tools
      - Proven track record of developing high-performing teams and achieving service and sales metrics
      - Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a leadership role within a financial institution or similar environment
      - Familiarity with data analysis and performance improvement methodologies
      - Ability to leverage emerging technologies to enhance service delivery
