As the Director of Distance Learning, you will be an aspiring and collaborative leader who is a visionary and forward-looking Director of Distance Learning to spearhead the development, implementation, and growth of innovative digital education opportunities and initiatives at our university. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of online learning at Arden University by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and effective pedagogical approaches to enhance student engagement and success.

About You:

You will bring extensive experience in online learning leadership roles, particularly within higher education. Demonstrating a track record of innovation as well as implementation of emerging technologies and pedagogical approaches. It's also important that you are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and are confident in removing obstacles and facilitating effective problem-solving.

Due to the nature of the role, you will have a deep understanding of online learning trends and regulatory requirements, effectively managing budgets and resources.
