What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively acquire new accounts to meet or exceed revenue goals through various outreach methods
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and craft customized proposals
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive retention and growth
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining accurate client records
- Represent the employer's brand as an ambassador in all client and industry engagements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of hotel, extended stay, or aparthotel sales experience
- Strong track record in prospecting, networking, and closing group business
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 15% annually
