      RLHS is a subsidiary business of Red Ledges Land Development and a cooperative business to Red Ledges Club and Red Ledges Community Association. It is a for profit business with a mission to provide our residents with property management services. This business is an extension of Red Ledges Club and shares the same membership. The happiness of the membership is paramount, and each business compliments the other.

      The services include Weekly Inspections with a 110 inspection points, White Glove Services (including Car Detailing, Grocery Deliver, Shipping and Receiving Deliveries, Home Repairs & Maintenance, Furniture Assembly, Hot Tub Management and Small Project Management.

      • Reports to the Red Ledges Club, General Manager.
      • Leads a team including an Office/Billing Manager and on-site technicians.
      • Responsible for:
        • Working with Marketing team to keep Website and Collateral current.
        • Selling/recruiting New Clients
        • Onboarding New Clients
        • Completing Initial reviews and walks of new program homes.
        • Working with team to be 100% thorough on all inspections.
      • Work with outside vendors as needed.
      • Be proficient communicator to staff, clients, and vendors.
      • Manage all financial matters.
        • Sales
        • Billing
        • A/R
        • A/P
        • Budgeting
        • Forecasting
        • Payroll Management
        • Manage QuickBooks with Office Manager
      • Manage Maintain X – Scheduling Software
      • Work closely with Red Ledges Building Maintenance team as needed for overlapping projects.
      • Work closely with Red Ledges Construction on possible warranty work and small projects.
      • Be proficient in all Microsoft Programs, Outlook, and MS Teams
      • Act in a professional business-like manner with all customers (Club Members)
      • Attain and keep all business licenses as needed.
      • Be proficient in Pool and Spa maintenance (CPO certified)
      • Maintain physical fitness relevant to the job.
        • Able to lift 50 pounds.
        • Climb a ladder.
      • Have a current Utah Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
      • Maintain RLHS vehicle fleet.
      • Manage RLHS tools and equipment.
      • Act as the “face of the business”
