- Educational Content: Lead the development of educational content including but not limited to Drug Hunter's Drug Discovery Course, contributing to high-quality written and audiovisual content designed for professionals in the field.
- Scientific Presentations: Develop and deliver impactful presentations highlighting recent advancements in small molecule drug discovery for both Drug Hunter members and prospective users.
- Thought Leadership Content: Create and review insightful, well-researched content that resonates with small molecule drug discovery professionals and reinforces Drug Hunter's position as a leader in the field.
- Webinars and Community Engagement: Host engaging "How to Use Drug Hunter" webinars and take ownership of the topic selection and moderation of the monthly "Coffee Chats" series.
- Podcast Development: Spearhead the launch and ongoing production of Drug Hunter's podcast series, from concept to execution.
- Trend Analysis & Reporting: Keep abreast of the latest trends in biotech and pharmaceutical industries, analyzing and synthesizing these developments into comprehensive reports, reviews, and presentations.
- Community Engagement & Relationship Building: Actively engage with scientific leaders and stakeholders in the drug discovery community to foster collaborative relationships and represent Drug Hunter as a scientific thought leader.
- Event Organization & Participation: Lead and contribute to a range of industry events such as site visits, webinars, seminars, podcasts, and conferences, including organizing and co-hosting networking events like dinners and symposia.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- PhD in relevant scientific field
- 7+ years of experience in biotech or pharma
- Proven track record in biotech/pharma industry with publications and project leadership experience.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience in team management.
- Ability to network effectively and build lasting professional relationships.

Location: Remote within the United States.
Summary: We're seeking a scientific thought leader to shape how the global drug discovery community learns and stays informed. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and producing cutting-edge audiovisual content, written content, and in-person presentations for scientists across the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. You'll create and deliver presentations, host webinars and Coffee Chats, launch a new podcast series, develop an industry-leading Drug Discovery Course and engage directly with R&D leaders to surface insights that accelerate discovery programs. This is a rare opportunity to help define the voice of Drug Hunter and elevate how drug discovery professionals access, share, and apply scientific knowledge.
