      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Grow luxury travel industry, corporate, sports, and entertainment sales from existing partners and generate new business to increase revenue
      - Solicit potential new accounts or business opportunities by leveraging business intelligence
      - Develop account strategy, marketing activities, hotel education, and client presentations
      - Partner with on-property sales teams to maximize market share and revenue growth
      - Oversee segments such as leisure, MICE, entertainment, and corporate travel from a North America point of sales

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Five+ years of Director-level experience in hotel luxury sales
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
      - Strong network of decision-makers, advisors, agents in the luxury hotel sales environment
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to interpret market data and apply to sales strategy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Travel industry experience
      - Prior experience working with TMC/Consortia, travel advisors, and MICE
      - Familiarity with luxury hospitality industry trends
      - Global sales experience
      - Fluency in multiple languages
