      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify potential new customers and business relationships, conducting research studies and capturing market intelligence in CRM system
      - Develop and execute promotional strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads for physician recruitment opportunities
      - Facilitate the successful credentialing and onboarding of new providers at assigned surgery centers
      - Conduct market analysis to determine competitive position and develop plans to increase market share
      - Maintain and update physician and office staff contacts database
      - Establish and maintain positive relationships with credentialed physicians, visiting them regularly to assess any needs
      - Provide routine communication of activity and performance reports to leadership
      - Perform administrative tasks such as expense reports, Salesforce updates, and PTO requests
      - Adhere to company policies and procedures, including information security policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of healthcare sales experience, with a focus on building physician relationships
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
      - Experience with Salesforce preferred
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Detail-oriented and organized
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
      - Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidential information
      - Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed
      - Successful completion of background check and drug screen
