      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the marketing function within the company, including managing personnel, contractors, agencies, and resources
      - Evolve the long-term marketing objectives and strategies, including brand positioning and target audience evaluation
      - Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, addressing healthcare practitioners, patients, and consumers
      - Manage all marketing communications and customer touchpoints, including digital marketing, public relations, webinars, conferences, and tradeshows
      - Create brand portfolio and product line strategies, identifying areas of focus and opportunities for innovation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
      - 10+ years of marketing experience, including CPG experience
      - Experience in marketing to healthcare practitioners
      - Experience with P&Ls, budgeting, and forecasting
      - Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams and marketing resources

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in supplements or other health/wellness categories
      - Experience with regulatory compliance
      - Omni-channel marketing experience, including direct-to-consumer and retail
