      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and mentor a team of epidemiologists in the design and implementation of observational research studies
      - Execute studies to support evidence generation for product safety and efficacy assessments
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic business decisions using real-world data
      - Manage resources and track priorities within the department to align with business goals
      - Contribute to the development of innovative epidemiological methods and strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate degree and 4 years of scientific experience OR Master’s degree and 8 years of scientific experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of scientific experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects
      - Strong leadership skills with experience in resource allocation
      - Proven ability to design and analyze observational research studies
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Doctorate in Epidemiology or a related field with significant observational research content
      - Experience in drug development support through observational research
      - Strong project planning and management skills in observational research
      - Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
      - Proven interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
