      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive and generate OEM sales growth with GE Aerospace GM&F sourcing teams, managing significant opportunities through Bid Management & Commercial Excellence processes
      - Collaborate with leadership and Sales Ops to establish sales strategy and objectives for the GE Aerospace account
      - Provide detailed updates on sales forecasts and track opportunities in the CRM system
      - Report on current business and forecast new programs on a weekly and monthly basis
      - Serve as the "voice of the customer" for GE Aerospace, proactively communicating issues, risks, and opportunities to the leadership team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales/business development in the aerospace industry
      - At least 5 years of management experience with GE Aerospace sourcing teams
      - Understanding of manufacturing processes for machining metal and/or metal fabrications
      - Proven track record in executing successful sales plans and building relationships with major engine and airframe OEMs
      - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or marketing; MBA or advanced degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Existing relationships with major engine and airframe OEMs
      - Experience in metal fabrication and/or machining within the aerospace market
      - Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
      - Ability to read and interpret customer blueprints and RFQs/RFPs
      - Willingness to travel up to 50%
