- Oversee day-to-day operations including warehousing, shipping, returns, inventory management, and customer service
- Manage and optimize our Shopify e-commerce platform and integrations
- Partner on NetSuite implementation, maintenance, and cross-functional use
- Manage retail store operations and facilities (existing and future locations)
- Lead cross-functional operational projects with precision and follow-through
- Build scalable systems and processes to support growth
- Partner on budgets, expenses, and operational forecasting
- Collaborate closely with merchandising, production, and finance.
- 7+ years experience in fashion operations, with direct experience in DTC e-commerce and retail
- Deep familiarity with Shopify, warehouse operations, shipping workflows, and return logistics
- Strong systems thinker — ideally with experience in NetSuite or other ERP systems
- Highly organized, execution-focused, and solution-driven
- Comfortable working in a lean team environment and rolling up sleeves as needed
- Experienced people manager with a collaborative and clear communication style
- Reports to the CEO
