What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect and lead the outbound B2B sales strategy, including ICP refinement and messaging
- Build scalable outbound playbooks and cadences across various channels
- Integrate AI-powered tools for outreach personalization and lead scoring
- Manage SDR/BDR workflows, setting quotas and coaching rhythms
- Develop and manage list-building and lead sourcing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years owning outbound sales strategy in a B2B environment, preferably in SaaS
- Deep experience with enterprise sales cycles and high-ticket service offerings
- Proven track record of building outbound sales processes and tech stacks
- Familiarity with outbound tools such as Apollo, Clay, and HubSpot
- Strong operational skills with the ability to think in systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the agency, coaching, or alternative education space
- Success metrics and case studies demonstrating past achievements in outbound sales
- Familiarity with CRM logic, lead routing, and lifecycle stages
