The role you’ll contribute:

Develops and leads the implementation of policies, procedures, and initiatives for patient experience services.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Develops service area goals and standards consistent with medical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements of the health care delivery system.

· Plans, organizes and directs activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating and continuing education initiatives.

· Prepares service area budget and ensures that department operates within allocated funds. Coordinates and directs internal and external driven audits.

· Directs and evaluates all clinical activities, including care plan development, service level determination, and complaint management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

· 5 years of experience required.

· 2 years of leadership or management experience required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

· Master's degree preferred.

· 10 years of experience preferred.

· 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
