What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Craft and execute innovation strategies that drive growth in private label product lines
- Design and implement powerful sales strategies that drive real revenue growth
- Build and grow high-level relationships with top North American retailers
- Champion a customer-first culture that drives loyalty and satisfaction
- Own full P&L for product lines, including financial modeling and margin analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years in retail sales, product management, or customer experience
- Specific experience in Walmart key account management and customer portals
- Proven track record managing key retail accounts and owning sales goals
- Experience launching new or breakthrough CPG products, either brand or private label
- Strong financial acumen and a passion for data-driven decision-making
