What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design and execution of the sales analytics strategy, focusing on funnel performance and agent productivity
- Develop and manage advanced analytics models to optimize sales processes and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven insights for lead management and resource allocation
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of analysts, fostering a culture of innovation
- Establish KPIs and oversee the implementation of dashboards to monitor sales performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, sales operations, or sales strategy, with 4-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience supporting large call center sales organizations
- Deep expertise in sales funnel analytics, lead management, and sales forecasting
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and familiarity with CRM and BI visualization tools

- Experience in financial services, subscription-based, or consumer services industries
- Strong consultative and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Executive presence and strong project management skills
