What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and lead comprehensive strategies for the Club and Mass Channels, focusing on business planning and P&L management
- Create and execute customer-specific initiatives aimed at driving acquisition and category growth
- Engage in strategic discussions with senior executives regarding category growth and assortment
- Serve as a subject matter expert on market trends, translating insights into actionable strategies
- Oversee forecasting of sales volume, revenue, and profit to align with business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8-10 years of progressive sales experience managing U.S. Club Channel accounts and Walmart in the CPG branded food or beverage categories
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration among customer stakeholders and internal teams
- Strong background in SKU development, project management, and understanding of channel ROI dynamics
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in using data analytics and shopper insights for growth opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience specifically within fresh food categories in the CPG sector
- Familiarity with utilizing syndicated data analytics tools such as IRI and Nielsen
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate data insights
- Previous experience in developing innovative, customer-centric solutions
