What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and direct the sales team to achieve strategic objectives through effective planning and execution of sales strategies
- Grow sales of existing and new products by strengthening account relationships and penetrating customer management levels
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate market development strategies into marketing and branding activities
- Conduct monthly operational reviews on customer support issues and performance metrics
- Design and direct team processes, ensuring performance management and development aligned with company strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising sales teams
- At least 5 years of experience with Home Depot
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel up to 50%
- Strong understanding of internal processes, business planning, and P&L skills
