What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive profitable revenue growth and expand market share
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and report sales performance to the executive team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data for decision-making
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
