What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of 7+ years in progressive sales leadership roles managing large direct sales teams
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies that improve revenue growth
- Deep understanding of full-cycle sales processes and CRM systems
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development skills
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy to understand market dynamics
