What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and drive the full sales cycle for OnShelf, from prospecting to closing and onboarding
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize growth within Walmart and Sam's Club accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Walmart and Sam's Club stakeholders
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior sales role
- Proven success in e-commerce, marketplace sales, or retail partnerships
- Experience closing high-value accounts and managing a complex sales pipeline
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet with clients and attend industry events
