What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage sales territory to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ADP Sales and Business Leaders
- Identify, prospect, and secure new ADP relationships within the assigned territory
- Present findings and provide actionable advice to leadership and clients
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in product sales, field sales, or channel sales
- Strong knowledge of the EMEA market and ADP Payroll solutions
- Proven experience in managing large multi-phase projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BS/BA in business or a relevant discipline
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a sales environment with a successful track record of exceeding quotas
- Strong relationships with current and past ADP associates and leaders
- Ability to conceptualize and negotiate ideas effectively
- Experience in business-to-business sales within Human Capital Management (HCM) or payroll solutions
- Demonstrated cold calling sales ability with a persistent and positive approach
