      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with outpatient physical therapy clinics
      - Conduct discovery calls and deliver compelling solution presentations and product demos
      - Build and manage a sales pipeline through CRM tools while maintaining accurate records of client interactions
      - Educate potential clients on the benefits of outsourcing RCM and how our services can improve their cash flow
      - Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to optimize lead generation and outreach strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare, RCM, or SaaS solutions
      - Experience selling to outpatient healthcare providers, particularly in physical therapy or similar settings
      - Proven ability to close deals and manage a consultative sales cycle from lead to signed agreement
      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
      - Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Established book of business or network with providers, payers, or hospital systems
      - SaaS sales experience specific to RCM software/platforms
      - Leadership and team management experience
      - Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a strong sense of accountability
      - Willingness to travel as needed (estimated 10-20%)
