What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of 3-5 sales/national account managers focusing on large-scale accounts in the western US
- Oversee a portfolio exceeding $120 million, focusing on expanding margins and consistent volume growth
- Develop strategic sales plans to drive sales growth and customer segmentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to create a coordinated go-to-market strategy for Storage solutions
- Foster a sales culture that prioritizes exceptional customer service and performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, including executive-level roles
- Strong knowledge and experience in technical product selling
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proven track record of leading teams to execute strategy and deliver superior results

- Equivalent experience in a similar industry or product field
- Ability to influence leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and approaches
- Experience with market research and competitor analyses
