      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and conduct sales training to maximize organizational effectiveness
      - Ensure customer interactions meet expectations and enhance experience
      - Increase efficiency, monitor compliance, and identify improvement opportunities
      - Evaluate admissions teams and provide necessary training
      - Support Enrollment Team protocols and ensure compliance with accreditation guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (preferred) or a combination of education and experience
      - 4+ years of experience in sales training or similar role
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Strong computer knowledge
      - Exceptional social interaction skills
      - Maintain a professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance
      - Statistical analysis ability is highly desirable
      - Some travel required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a Sales Training Manager or Sales Training and Quality Director
      - Ability to analyze and assess the success of sales training
      - Knowledge of quality assurance processes
      - Adherence to company policy and procedures
      - Development, design, and delivery of sales skills
