      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the seller acquisition and activation strategy to achieve GMV, subscription, and retention targets
      - Build, manage, and convert a qualified pipeline of aviation sellers, including OEMs, MROs, distributors, and operators
      - Execute territory and vertical expansion plans leveraging outbound prospecting, partnerships, and trade events
      - Deliver consultative sales presentations and ROI-based business cases aligned with sellers' revenue goals
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Support to streamline onboarding and enhance seller satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in aviation parts, logistics, or online marketplaces
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales and GMV targets within a defined territory or vertical
      - Expertise in aviation parts sourcing, inventory management, and MRO supply chain dynamics
      - Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills
      - Experience with CRM, analytics, and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or OroCRM

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
      - Willingness to travel up to 25% for seller visits and trade events
