What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the P&L for the entire zone, overseeing approximately 1300 assigned customers and 5,000 to 10,000 unassigned customers
- Directly oversee and performance-manage Inside Reps, Outside Reps, and Account Managers in the zone
- Conduct Key Account calls and fill in for account calls in open territories
- Develop strategies to grow new accounts and retain/expand existing accounts
- Collaborate with commercial teams to leverage insights for improved performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of sales and sales management experience, preferably in the promotional goods/apparel industry
- Proven experience in leading teams to achieve common goals
- Strong knowledge of the company's value proposition, systems, and competitive landscape
- Excellent skills in planning, time management, and communication

- Experience in a similar role within the specialty apparel distribution industry
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
