This role will lead the identification, case development, program management, and delivery of key strategic projects in service of creating a trusted destination suited for online sales of used condition parts. This is a people manager role located in San Jose, CA, New York, NY, or remote locations in the US.
The ideal candidate is an independent, strategic, long-range problem solver who understands the dynamics of two-sided e-commerce marketplaces, appreciates the unique needs of the salvage segment, collaborates well with cross-functional partners, and possesses strong global people manager experience and executive-ready communications.
