- Manage full cycle recruiting process from job requisition to onboarding for a variety of hourly positions.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods (including social media) and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation.
- Communicates clearly and timely ensuring candidates have a positive experience from day one.
- Establish and maintain vital relationships with management teams to ensure region wide success through frequent communication.
- Support hiring needs of new hotel transitions.
- A true Human Resources professional who partners with hiring managers to anticipate staffing issues and relay executable solutions.
- Guides hiring managers through challenging candidate negotiations.
- Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements.
- Is the face of Peachtree Group Hospitality Management Employer Brand.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written.
- Excellent sourcing/screening skills.
- Must be a result driven self-starter.
- Ability to influence senior leaders in an advisory/consulting capacity in a rapidly scaling environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (such as UKG) is preferred as well as utilizing an array of talent acquisitions tech platforms.
- Knowledge of on-line and social media recruiting tools and strategies; including, not limited to; Handshake, Linked In, and Indeed
- Must be able to multitask while staying organized and deliver on expectations.
- Ability to travel as required.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience working in hospitality or restaurants preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience is required.

Peachtree Group currently owns and/or manages over 90 hotels around the country and we are continuing to expand. Due to this growth, we are looking for a motivated, highly organized and process driven Talent Acquisition Leader.
