      Overview

      Bancroft is currently seeking a dynamic Director of Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources department in Moorestown, NJ.

      Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities, and those in need of neurological rehabilitation. We provide a full continuum of highly effective services, including special education schools, vocational training, day and residential programs, both on-campus and in the community, and in-home and outpatient rehabilitation services. We provide services in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.       Responsibilities

      This position will lead a dynamic Talent Acquisition team, and is responsible for leading and continually improving the end-to-end talent acquisition process at Bancroft, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting the current and future staffing needs of the organization with committed and engaged team members. Key responsibilities include:

      • Forecasting staffing needs and developing both strategic and tactical solutions to create sustainable pipelines of diverse talent
      • Leading a team of seven full-time Talent Acquisition Partners to develop creative, innovative, and aligned recruitment strategies in order to hire 100 quality new team members each month, made up of predominantly hourly, entry-level direct support personnel
      • Developing excellent trusted-advisor relationships at all levels of the organization and serves as the subject matter expert for the talent acquisition function
      • Utilizing passive candidate sourcing, social and other digital media, cold calls partnerships with external organizations, and other leading-edge strategies to create new talent pipelines
      • Assessing and continually improving workflow and system processes, and the experiences for candidates and other key stakeholders.
      • Embrace and support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion personally, and through talent strategies
      • Creating and fostering partnerships with high schools, colleges and diverse professional and civic organizations

      Qualifications

      • Minimum of 7 years full life recruiting experience in a high volume environment required; at least 4 years leading an in-house talent acquisition team required. Experience in human services or healthcare industry preferred.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a collaborative, team-first approach essential
      • Good problem-solving skills and ability to build a consultative approach with hiring managers necessary
      • Working knowledge of advanced applicant tracking systems required; familiarity with iCIMS or UKG-Pro preferred
      • Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field required.
