      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of Technical Sales Consultants and Sales Engineers, providing strategic guidance and coaching
      - Develop compelling business value propositions from complex technical solutions
      - Collaborate with various teams to optimize the implementation process and maximize recurring revenue
      - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance
      - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the Technical Pre-Sales Organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related business field
      - 5+ years of Pre-Sales or Technical Sales Management experience
      - 7+ years of Pre-Sales experience
      - 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
      - Strong technical aptitude related to enterprise SaaS solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge and experience in the Risk and Insurance industry
      - Experience leading teams in a technical sales environment
      - Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry best practices
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
      - Up to 25% travel availability
