What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the creation and execution of territory sales plans to acquire new accounts and develop existing ones
- Create and execute account-specific business development plans to enhance client satisfaction and business performance
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, addressing all client-related matters
- Collaborate with functional teams to fulfill client needs and implement key initiatives
- Conduct in-person account training and participate in trade events as a representative of the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of travel industry distribution experience with established relationships
- Proven track record of building and retaining a viable account base
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to plan, execute, and innovate in a results-driven environment
