Establish and drive the overall vision and strategic plan for the Professional Services teams.
Work closely with Sales to set the strategy for supporting and implementing Home Medical Equipment customers
Deliver transformational leadership by enhancing the motivation and performance of the Professional Services team.
Accomplish challenging financial, customer and project success objectives
Ensure successful delivery and execution of all customer interactions within Professional Services
Build collaborative relationships with other Brightree teams, specifically Product Management, Development, Sales and Customer Support
Enhance company reputation, credibility and visibility around the fulfillment of robust client implementations involving the consulting and delivery of products and services
Develop innovative, compelling and successful consulting package offerings
Develop the Brightree consulting business through the implementation of programs to maximize customer satisfaction, product usage, and company’s revenues.
Directs the development and monitoring of Professional Services SIAs, OKRs, performance standards, and priorities
Act as Executive Sponsor for key client projects
High level of drive towards execution
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
Possesses a strong management presence and leadership ability, with communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate leaders and teams
Ability to lead through change and adapt to changes in the healthcare market.
Demonstrated excellence in analytical thinking, problem solving, communication, delegation, planning & organization and judgment
Strong collaboration skills and willingness to expose their ideas and proposals to the feedback of the management team to achieve buy-in and use their insights to build better plans.
Good organizational and planning skills that include being proactive and embracing the philosophy of continuous improvement
Holds strong operational skills that will drive organizational efficiencies and customer satisfaction
Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience leading teams responsible for professional services, or related field.
Professional Services management experience leading a successful PS practice with revenue and profitability objectives in an enterprise software environment
Experience successfully working with senior (C-level) executives
Strong knowledge of enterprise SaaS, Project Management
PMP or LSS Green Belt or above
Healthcare IT experience
Ability to travel – expected 10-20%
