What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Directly oversee and support a portfolio of projects being implemented in the enterprise
- Manage, develop, and support a team of project managers with varying skill sets and experience
- Develop and implement best practices and tools to increase efficiency and achieve project goals
- Act as a liaison with clients regarding project management and implementation practices
- Design, develop, implement, and improve processes for the enterprise project management office
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 12-15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management in a distribution center environment
- Experience leading large-scale, multi-site, and/or multi-regional transformational projects
- PMP certified
- Ability to travel up to 50%

- Experience with Smart sheets or other PPM software
