      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and lead the regional field sales team to achieve sales goals
      - Collaborate with Territory Managers to assess sales needs and market conditions
      - Maintain strong relationships with key customers and buying groups
      - Monitor field sales performance and adjust strategies to meet objectives
      - Identify training needs and coordinate with the Learning and Development team for effective training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years in a sales management role, preferably in the animal health industry
      - Bachelor’s degree is desirable
      - Excellent presentation and sales skills
      - Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
      - Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in veterinary sales or livestock production solutions
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets
      - Familiarity with competitive market analysis
      - Ability to foster strong internal and external relationships
      - Experience in training and developing sales teams
