      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute multi-year sales strategies for the Distributor channel to drive profitable growth
      - Manage relationships with large homebuilders and key distributor partners
      - Oversee the integration of national account objectives into cohesive sales plans
      - Ensure achievement of revenue and profit goals through effective distributor sales plans
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in marketing, finance, supply chain, and operations to align on priorities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred
      - Minimum of 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in a leadership role
      - Proven track record of negotiating with senior leaders and managing at the regional or national level
      - Exceptional communication skills to connect with stakeholders at all levels
      - Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze outcomes and implement strategic plans
