      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead quantitative and qualitative research initiatives to deliver actionable business insights and intelligence
      - Provide expertise on research methodologies and interpret survey results to inform strategic decisions
      - Conduct competitive analysis to deliver intelligence that informs marketing, sales, and product strategies
      - Foster a culture of innovation within the Research & Insights team, including the use of AI and synthetic research techniques
      - Manage relationships and projects with third-party vendors and internal clients, ensuring alignment with business needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8+ years in a research role, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity; PhD in a related field is highly desired
      - Strong experience in understanding complex buying groups within payers and health systems
      - Proven expertise in designing and leading multi-stakeholder research across various functions
      - Ability to synthesize research into clear narratives for diverse audiences
      - Experience in competitive intelligence tools and developing sales enablement strategies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the healthcare industry, though not mandatory
      - Expertise in segmentation insights and frameworks across B2B and B2B2C audiences
      - Strong track record of mentoring and developing teams in diverse geographical locations
      - Passion for process improvement and data-driven decision-making
      - Familiarity with market adoption dynamics and long sales cycles
