Be the “Business Lead” on key sales acceleration initiatives driving cross-functional collaboration to meet the targets in a timely manner
Work with cross functional teams to align on new product releases, sales enablement, product sales promotion/programs, and acquired entity integration plans
Evolve the sales play system to run 2-3 effective and efficient sales plays per quarter
Establish a strong working relationship with cross functional business leaders in functions such as Product Marketing, Sales Operations, IT and various other strategic functions
Support sales leaders in rolling out and adopting best practices such as sales plays
Participate in/lead cross functional initiatives aimed at developing tools and processes necessary for scaling the business
Partner in a trusted adviser capacity to Sales Leadership, Sales community and other internal stakeholders globally
Develop forward looking plans to scale the organization around process, people and technology and secure internal funding and executive support
Bachelor’s degree (required)
10 years experience in software/ SaaS sales or sales ops/ leadership roles
Demonstrate strong credibility in GTM and sales effectiveness topics
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to drive results and capable of driving change effectivity across large sales organization
Highly effective communication skills, including written and verbal - especially in executive settings
Organized and high level of attention to detail
A bias for action and ability to drive results
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Fluency (reading, writing and speaking) in English

In this role, you’ll work primarily remotely with the support of a dynamic and caring team. We’ll provide you with the digital tools and experiences to be together–even when we’re apart. Being digital first doesn’t mean we’re digital only. You’ll also have the flexibility to join us at a Zendesk workspace, in one of our Zendesk offices or our flex office spaces. We will bring our people together on occasion to connect, collaborate, learn, or celebrate in person.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $165,000.00-$247,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location.
