What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve long-term business growth
- Train, mentor, and set goals for the sales team to maximize performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive technical sales management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field
- Experience in the aerospace, space, and/or defense industries
- Background in international sales and product development with a technical focus
- Ability to travel up to 50%
