What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic plans for sales enablement and market awareness aligned with business goals
- Oversee marketing and communication initiatives across various channels including digital and print
- Provide strategic support and tools to the sales team, enhancing CRM optimization and collateral
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy and product positioning
- Track and analyze campaign performance; recommend improvements based on data insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in sales enablement, marketing, or communications
- Proven success in supporting high-performing sales teams within a B2B environment
- Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or MBA
- Experience scaling enablement programs in a fast-paced, distributed sales organization
- Knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools and metrics
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
